Since the beginning of August 27, the pro-Russian militants did not violate the ceasefire regime in the Donbas Conflict zone as the HQ of the Joint Forces Operation reported on Facebook.
The detachments of the Emergency Service of the Joint Forces fulfill their tasks in the conflict zone. Particularly, the mine pickers demined over seven hectares of the territory in the front-line area during the past 24 hours and passed 154 determined explosives for elimination.
Moreover, the rescuers of the Joint Forces hold works of damaged residential houses and infrastructure objects to minimize the consequences of the artillery attacks during the previous years. During the past 24 hours, 18 houses were repaired; the work at 54 objects continues.
During the past 24 hours on August 26, one case of the ceasefire violation by the militants was observed. Thus, during the evening, the enemy held a few attacks from small arms near Mariinka.
No casualties or injuries observed among Ukrainian fighters.
As we reported, two servicemen of the Joint Forces stepped on an explosive device in Luhansk region. It appears that the device most likely was a POM-2, the anti-personnel landmine.
