Donbas conflict: Nine violations of ceasefire

The pro-Russian militants shelled the positions of the Ukrainian army nine times in Donbas. They used Minsk banned weapons as the HQ of the Joint Forces Operation reported on Facebook.

At Donetsk direction, the occupants violated the ceasefire regime four times. They fired the positions near Lebedynske with the small arms; used anti-tank grenade launchers near Pavlopil;  the anti-tank grenade launchers and small arms near Vodyane; the attack took place near Zhyrokyne with the use of the drone at which the missile charge was installed.

At Luhansk direction, the pro-Russian militants violated the ceasefire regime five times. They targeted Ukraine's positions near Novoluhanske from 120mm mortars, infantry fighting vehicle weaponry, grenade launchers, and small arms; 82mm mortars, anti-tank grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms near Zaitseve; infantry fighting vehicle weaponry, grenade launchers and small arms near Novotoshkivske; grenade launchers and heavy machine guns near Pivdenne; from grenade launchers and heavy machine guns near Mayorske.

There are no casualties among the Ukrainian military.  

As we reported, eight Ukrainian militaries died as a result of the hostile attacks of the pro-Russian militants in the period from July 21 up to August 20. 17 Ukrainian soldiers sustained injuries of various levels.
