Today, on May 7, pro-Russian militants shelled positiona of Ukrainian Armed Forces 27 times, reports the press center of ATO HQ.

In Donetsk direction, with artillery fire of 122-mm caliber, arms of infantry fighting vehicles, mortars of 120 mm and 82 mm caliber, grenade launchers and machine guns of large calibers the enemy attacked positions near Troitske. The 82-mm mortars were used near Opytne and Verkhnyotoretske, and from the APC arms, 120-mm and 82-mm mortar shells, grenade launchers and heavy machine guns, the enemy fired at strong points near Luhanske. From 82-mm mortars, grenade launchers of various systems and machine guns of large calibers, the enemy was hitting positions under Avdiivka. From the grenade launchers of various systems and machine guns of large calibers the enemy fired on Zaitseve defenders, and from large-caliber machine guns - near Verkhnyotoretske. 

In addition, in Mariupol direction from the anti-tank missile systems, mortars of 82 mm caliber, grenade launchers and large-caliber machine guns the enemy fired at the positions of Vodiane. Also, 82-mm mortars, grenade launchers and machine guns of large calibers militants used attacking strong points near Krasnohorivka.

"In Lugansk direction, with the fire of 120-mm mortars, grenade launchers of various systems and machine guns of large calibers, the enemy shelled positions near the Krymske and Novozvanivka," informed ATO HQ.
