Donbas: Artillery fire at Svitlodarsk bulge

The area of Svitlodarsk bulge in Donetsk sector proved to be the hottest point in the entire combat zone in the war-torn eastern Ukraine. 122 mm artillery shells landed in Luhanske. The Russia-backed militants used 120 mm mortars to shell Ukrainian outposts in Luhanske and Starohnativka. 82 mm mines hit the Ukrainian positions in Avdiivka, Novhorodske, Verkhnyotoretske and, again, Luhanske.  

Myronivka (Donetsk sector) was twice shelled from 152 mm cannons. Enemy mines hit Krasnohorivka and Vodyane; in Luhansk region, the rebels attacked Krymske, having used 82 mm mortars and anti-tank missile launchers.
