OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Donbas reported 75 cases of ceasefire violations; they all took place after midnight of July 21, when the ceasefire agreement took effect, as offered by the parties to Minsk talks group.
The OSCE press office reported that on Monday morning.
The attacks occurred in the time frame between the midnight and 4 a.m. Sunday. That included three explosions, 21 shells and 51 shots fired from heavy machineguns and small arms.
The incidents were observed in the areas of Popasna and Zolote, Luhansk region; one explosion thundered not far from Avdiivka town, Donetsk region.
The OSCE did not report any ceasefire breaches between the noon and 4 p.m. Sunday.
Previously, Minsk talks group agreed on the bilateral and unconditional ceasefire.
