Illegal armed units of pro-Russian militants continue to ignore the ceasefire mode in Donbas, which the sides agreed on for the Easter period. Specifically, in the Mariupol sector, the Ukrainian troops went under fire from artillery systems, anti-tank missile launchers, IFV guns and other kinds of weaponry.
122 mm artillery shells hit Vodyane, Talakivka, Opytne, Katerynivka and Chermalyk (Mariupol sector); the pro-Russian mercenaries fired anti-tank missile launchers, IFV guns, heavy machineguns and small arms in this area, too. Enemy snipers attacked Vodyane and Talakivka.
Avdiivka (Donetsk sector) was shelled from 82 and 120 mm mortars; the militants also used RPGs and heavy machineguns while attacking Ukrainian positions in this area. Maryinka went under RPG fire.
