On January 25, Russian occupants breached the ceasefire in Donbas five times. They used grenade launchers, mortars and machine guns, Ukraine's Defense Ministry reported.
Near Pivdenne, the enemy opened fire from 120 mm mortars, an anti-tank missile launcher, stationary grenade launchers and heavy machine guns. In the area of Khutir Vilny, militants fired grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms. One Ukrainian serviceman was wounded in combat; they took him to a hospital.
In Taramchuk, pro-Kremlin militants opened fire from small arms. Under-barrel grenade launcher was used in the attack on Vodyane.
OSCE observers received the report about the ceasefire breaches on Monday.
As is known, the security subgroup of Minsk contact group gathered on an urgent session on January 25 because of the incident, in which the Ukrainian military man was wounded in combat.
