The disengagement of troops in the area of Petrivske (Donetsk region) should begin on November 9 at 12 a.m. Kyiv time. This is the decision of the Minsk trilateral negotiation group confirmed by Martin Sajdik, the OSCE Special Envoy in this group. This is also stated in the message released in the OSCE official website.
“The Trilateral Contact Group, with the participation of representatives of certain areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, agreed on the date and time of the start of the renewed withdrawal of forces and hardware from the disengagement area of Petrivske. The withdrawal of forces and hardware will start on Saturday, 9 November 2019, at 12:00 Kyiv time," reads the statement.
As is known, the seven-day ceasefire in Petrivske has been complied with, and the Ukrainian side is ready to start disengagement of forces and equipment at the Bohdanivka-Petrivske sector, located on the demarcation line, today, at 12:00, under the condition of mirrored actions. Volodymyr Kravchenko, the Commander of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) said so at a briefing on November 8.
