Day in Donbas: Two attacks by pro-Russian militants during the day

Today, on June 2, the pro-Russian militants twice violated the ceasefire in Donbas. The illegal armed formations fired at positions of the Ukrainian divisions with mortars of 82 mm caliber, grenade launchers of various systems, large-caliber machine guns, and small arms. This is reported by Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation (JFO) headquarters.

 In the Donetsk sector, the militants used mortars of 82 mm caliber, grenade launchers of various systems, large-caliber machine guns, and small arms.

No casualties among Ukrainian side reported.

The Ukrainian units gave an adequate response to the shelling by the armed formations of the Russian Federation, and the losses of the enemy are being specified.

Earlier today the Ukrainian servicemen conducted a planned training to repeal the enemy's naval attacks on the Azov Sea coast. The press service of the JFO HQ reports this on Facebook on June 2. According to the report, the water area and the Ukrainian coast of the Azov Sea still remain the high-risk areas for the development of the military aggression of the northern neighbor.
