Ceasefire in Donbas

On September 14, Russian mercenaries breached the ceasefire in Donbas three times; they did not shell the positions of Ukrainian military from Minsk-banned calibers. The HQ of the Joint Forces Operation reported that on Monday.

The mlitants attacked Avdiivka, Pisky and Pishchevik, all in Donetsk region. The enemy used small arms and anti-tank grenade launchers. None of Ukrainian servicemen were wonded or killed in action.

Earlier, new violations by Donbas militants were revealed by the OSCE. Near the settlement of Kalynovo-Borshchevate (Luhansk region(, two extensions of the existing trenches were noticed. This was reported by the Joint Forces Operation headquarters.

The length of the trenches is 180 and 200 meters.

"The Ukrainian side of the JCCC notes that such facts clearly indicate a violation of the Minsk agreements and the agreements reached on July 22, 2020, within the framework of the Trilateral Contact Group on measures to strengthen the ceasefire regime, in particular, paragraph 1 on the prohibition of offensive and reconnaissance and sabotage actions," the message reads.
