Three ceasefire violations took place in Donbas combat area since the beginning of the day, January 6. The press office of the Joint Forces Operation HQ reported that.
Not far from Vodyane, pro-Kremlin mercenaries opened fire from 120-caliber mortars, anti-tank and automatic grenade launchers and a heavy machine gun.
The enemy also opened fire from an automatic grenade launcher near Opytne, Donetsk region. The attack did not pose any threat to the lives of Ukrainian defenders, so they did not return fire.
None of servicemen of Ukraine's government troops were wounded or killed in action.
Meanwhile, another water pipeline break is observed in Donbas, which left residents of five settlements without any access to water supplies.
The break took place at Horlivka-Toretsk pipeline, which reaches 900 mm in diameter. The incident occurred on January 4. Residents of Toretsk, Zalizne, Pivnichne, Pivdenne and Shcherbynivka are now staying without water supplies; that's some 38,000 people in total.
