Since the beginning of the day, July 14, Russian mercenaries broke the ceasefire ten times. They opened fire from mortars and heavy machine guns. As a result of the shelling, two servicemen were wounded, Joint Force Operation HQ reported that on Facebook.

So, not far from Luhanske, militants twice fired at Ukrainian positions from 120-caliber mortars, large-caliber machine guns and small arms.

Near Pisky, they opened fire from automatic easel grenade launchers and small arms. In the area of Novohryhorivka, the occupants used 122 mm artillery and 120 caliber mortars.

Also near Svitlodarsk, the enemy fired from 82 caliber mortars. Not far from Krasnohorivka they used 120 caliber mortars.

Hand-held anti-tank and under-barrel grenade launchers were used in the attacks on Starohnativka. In the area of Novooleksandrivka, militants fired from large-caliber machine guns.

Two Ukrainian servicemen sustained a combat injuries. After providing medical assistance, the soldiers were hospitalized. The condition of one of the wounded is satisfactory, the other is grave.

Earlier, Russia stated that residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, who received Russian passports, would participate in the 2021 elections to the State Duma.
