Since the beginning of the day, July 8, Russian mercenaries broke the ceasefire six times. They opened fire from mortars and heavy machine guns, Joint Force Operation HQ reported that on Facebook.

In the area of Novozvanivka, the occupants opened fire from automatic grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms. 120 mm mines hit the vicinities of Nevelske and Pisky. Small arms, heavy machine guns and RPGs were used in the attacks on Pisky.

Near Mariinka, the enemy opened fire from small arms.

One Ukrainian serviceman sustained a combat injury; they took him to the hospital. His condition is safisfactory.

Recently, the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission claimed that the situation in the areas of division of forces in Donbas has worsened. The tendency has been observed during the last two weeks, said Heidi Grau, the Special Representative of OSCE Chairman in Ukraine.

"Over the last two weeks, the number of ceasefire violations has been increasing. The overall number of violations grows, and the security situation in areas of division of forces has been worsening", Grau said.
