Six ceasefire violations took place in Donbas combat area since the beginning of the day, January 11. The press office of the Joint Forces Operation HQ reported that.

From anti-tank grenade launchers, the militants fired at Ukrainian positions near Pavlopol, from hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers and small arms - near Avdiivka, from large-caliber machine guns, small arms and sniper weapons - in Pisky.

As a result of enemy shelling, one Ukrainian soldier was killed.

Over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian combat engineers cleared two hectares of the territory from landmines, and passed 10 explosive items for further safe destruction.

As we reported, in Donbas, on January 7 and January 8, 130 violations of the ceasefire regime were observed.

Particularly, in Donetsk region, on January 8, the mission spotted 13 violations of the ceasefire regime (the explosions of uncertain origin); 10 of them took place near Donetsk Filtration Station.

On January 7, 32 such violations were observed in Donetsk region.

In Luhansk region, the SMM spotted 23 violations of the ceasefire regime, particularly, nine explosions of uncertain origin south-west from Popasna (controlled by Ukraine; 69 km from Luhansk) and 14 shots from the unidentified armament at the firing range near Shymshynivka (uncontrolled by Ukraine; 27 south-west from Luhansk) that were estimated as battle shooting drills out of the safety zone.
