During the day, the enemy opened fire from grenade launchers of various systems, large-caliber machine guns and small arms at positions of the Joint forces in the vicinity of settlements Yekaterynivka, Pisky, Pavlopil, Hnutove and Lebedynske.
The enemy did not use weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements.
In the event of a threat to the lives of servicemen, the commanders made decisions on the offence on the enemy, forcing them to stop the firing.
Earlier three children were killed, another child was injured as a result of detonation of an antipersonnel fragmentation mine near Horlivka in Donbas. This is reported by information resources of the militants, referring to the statement of the so-called "mayor" of the city Ivan Prikhodko.
"According to information from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, in the landing near the zero roadblock there was an explosion of the mine, three children were killed, one was taken to the hospital in severe condition," he said.
Earlier we reported that local resident of Maiorske received gutter wound during the shelling of militants in Donbas on September 28. The victim is in a hospital. The Joint Center for Monitoring and Coordination of ceasefire claimed this, the press office of the Joint Forces reported this on Facebook.
‘On September 28, 2018, at 6:15 p.m., the militants of the Russian armed formations performed shelling of Maiorske using small arms. As a result of the shelling, the local resident received a gutter wound to the head at the place of his permanent residence on 10B Kiltseva street. The victim is in Bakhmut Central District Hospital,’ reads the message.
