Russian occupants used hand-held anti-tank and under-barrel grenade launchers to attack positions near Avdiivka.
In Donetsk region, the enemy also shelled near Vodyane, using 120 mm mortars.
They also remotely mined these positions using several prohibited POM-2 mines.
The Ukrainian servicemen did not return fire, as attacks did not pose any threat to their lives and health.
None of the Ukrainian servicemen were injured or killed in action.
Over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian combat engineers cleared five hectares of the territory from landmines, and passed 95 explosive items for further safe destruction.
Meanwhile, lawmakers of Russia, France and Germany are ready to resume the talks in the Normandy format. However, the Ukrainian Parliament currently ignores the initiative.
According to the spokesman of the lower chamber of Russia's State Duma, it is ready to return to the dialogue with colleagues from France and Germany; so should Ukraine, Volodin said.
