Yesterday, on November 16, the Ukrainian side recorded one violation of the full and comprehensive ceasefire in Donbas. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
"One violation on the part of the armed groups of the Russian Federation was observed in Donetsk region," the statement said.
The enemy applied small arms from the temporarily occupied village of Pikuzy in the direction of Gnutove settlement. There were no casualties among the servicemen of the Joint Forces.
As we reported earlier, OSCE SMM counted 946 civilian casualties in the Donbas combat zone from January 2017 through September 2020.
In 2017, the OSCE reported the largest number of casualties (both living and dead people), 486 in total. In 2018, the number made 238. In 2019, it made 148 people. In 2020 so far, it amounted to 74 people.
Most of the casualties were recorded in Donetsk region (750); another 196 were observed in Luhansk region.
The number of deaths and injuries inflicted by mines and other explosive items made 312.
