Day in Donbas: Occupant violates ceasefire regime seven times, no casualties

Russia-backed militants violated the ceasefire regime seven times in the Donbas combat zone today on April 20. The Joint Forces Operation (JFO) HQ reported this on Facebook.

All the violations of the ceasefire regime took place in Donetsk region. The enemy shelled the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Pavlopil, Opytne, Avdiivka, Pisky, and Hnutovo.

According to the report, the occupant fired with infantry fighting vehicle, grenade launchers of various system, heavy machine guns, and small arms.

“No casualties have been spotted among the Joint Forces operation soldiers. The enemy’s casualties have been checking,” the report said.

Earlier, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of the OSCE special monitoring mission crashed near the contact line in the Donetsk region.

According to the report, the SMM team launched long-range UAVs to fly over government-controlled and uncontrolled districts of the Donetsk region at 20:45 on Thursday, April 18. At 1:26 on Friday, April 19, flying over the area near the Ugledar settlement, UAV lost the signal of both GPS-modules due to radio interference (as a result of jamming).
