"Despite this ... The mission continues to record the movement and accumulation of military equipment of the occupiers, as well as the facts of systematic obstruction of patrols and flights of SMM UAVs, deployment of weapons and military equipment," the message reads.
Earlier, German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas responded to President Volodymyr Zelensky's request for arms supplies to Ukraine. According to the German Foreign Minister, arms supplies will not help resolve the conflict in Donbas. He sasid this to reporters before meeting with colleagues from NATO member states.
"Since 2014, we have strengthened Ukraine in the civil sector by almost 2 billion euros. At the same time, I am convinced that the conflict in Donbas can only be resolved politically. And it should be clear to all the participants, it remains our guideline. Nothing will change in this regard. The supply of weapons will not help here," the minister said.
