On February 3, OSCE SMM observed nine violations of ceasefire in Donbas combat zone. All these were detected in Luhansk region. This is mentioned in the daily report published by the Special Monitoring Mission of the OSCE in Ukraine.
Not a single ceasefire violation took place in Donetsk region.
"The Mission continue to perform the monitoring in the areas of division of forces in Stanytsia Luhanska, Zolote and Petrivske, and observed containers and construction works in the southern section of the area, near Zolote.
OSCE SMM observers visited two checkpoints on the border with Donetsk region.
As we reported earlier, on February 3, the members of the Trilateral Contact Group on Donbas (TCG) held an online meeting at the level of heads of delegations. The meeting was conducted without debate.
The Ukrainian delegation intends to implement the following conditions: maintenance of a ceasefire in the region; provision of unimpeded access of ICRC and other international humanitarian organizations to detainees; release of detainees; free access to the entry-exit checkpoints (that is currently being blocked by the Russian side); finalization of the agreement on nineteen demining sites; finalization of the agreement on four new areas of disengagement; free and unimpeded access of the OSCE SMM to the entire territory of Ukraine.
