Day in Donbas: Militants attack Ukrainian positions seven times, seven soldiers injured

For the past 24 hours, militants have violated the ceasefire regime in Donbas seven times, using 82-mm mortars, BMP’s armament, grenade/rocket launchers and small arms. The press service of Ukraine's Ministry of Defense reported about it.

Ukrainian positions near Berezove were attacked with BMP-1 and large-caliber machine guns; 82-mm mortars, grenade/rocket launchers and small arms were applied near Pischevyk.

Mercenaries attacked Pivdenne with grenade launchers and small arms and Hladosove – with automatic grenade launchers.

Seven Joint Forces soldiers were injured due to the shellings.

As we reported earlier, the Office of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that all sides agreed the date of the Normandy format summit – December 9, Paris as the office reported on Telegram.

“President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held the phone talk with President of France Emmanuel Macron. The French President underlined that Ukraine fulfilled all necessary conditions to hold the Normandy format summit. As a result, all parties agreed on the date of its holding - December 9 in Paris”, the message said.

It was stated that Zelensky had reported to the French President about the current situation on the security in Donbas.
