June 9, pro-Russian militants violated the ceasefire in Donbas conflict zone fourteen times. Armed formations of the Russian Federation bombarded positions of Ukrainian units using the 122-mm artillery systems banned by the Minsk agreements, 120-mm and 82-mm caliber mortars, as well as weapons from infantry fighting vehicles, various grenade launchers, heavy machine-guns and small arms. This is reported by the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) headquarters.

In the Donetsk sector, the enemy carried out eight attacks on the Joint Forces positions. Vodiane settlement was fired with 122 mm of artillery, mortars of 120 mm and 82 mm caliber; Pavlopil was shelled with the anti-tank grenade launchers and large-caliber machine guns; Talakivka was attacked with 120 mm mortars and large-caliber machine guns; Hnutove was fired with the anti-tank grenade launcher and small arms.

In the Luhansk sector, the enemy conducted six attacks on the Ukraine's positions. The 120 and 82 mm mortars, grenade launchers of various systems and small arms were used near Novoluhanske; 120-mm and 82-mm mortars, an infantry combat vehicle, automatic grenade launchers, and large-caliber machine guns attacked Nova Oleksandrivka; from automatic grenade launchers, large-caliber machine guns and small arms enemy fired Zaitseve.

No casualties among the Ukrainian soldiers were reported.
