Since the beginning of the day, January 15, Russian militants opened fire in Donbas four times. They didn't use the weapons of banned calibers, as the Joint Forces Operation HQ reported.
The enemy opened fire from grenade launchers and heavy machine guns near Talakivka and Hnutove. Also, from under-barrel grenade launchers, large-caliber machine guns and small arms, the militants fired at Ukrainian positions near Yuzhne.
None of servicemen of Ukraine's government troops were wounded or killed in action.
During the day, Ukrainian combat engineers cleared five hectares of area from landmines and passed 63 explosive items for firther safe destruction.

As of December 19, 583,143 residents of the occupied part of Luhansk region received "LNR" passports; as of December 15, 671,631 residents of the militant-controlled part of Luhansk region received "DNR" passports.
