The prosecutor's office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea has opened criminal proceedings due to so called Artemenko’s Plan, which provides "the Crimea lease" and the gradual lifting of the sanctions against Russia. Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko stated this on Facebook.

Artemenko is accused under Article 111, Part. 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, that is, on the fact of treason.

The fable says that MP Artemenko, staying abroad of Ukraine "by prior agreement with the management of state authority of the Russian Federation has committed treason, and provided assistance in conducting subversive activities against Ukraine to a foreign country (the Russian Federation), which has resulted in calls to transfer to long-term lease of the Crimea".

Note that yesterday, February 20, the leader of the Radical Party - Oleh Lyashko said that Andriy Artemenko was excluded from the RPL faction.

We remind, Ukrainian MP Andriy Artemenko took the role of "savior" of the Ukrainian-American relations and invented the peace plan between Russia and Ukraine, which includes the removal of sanctions from Russia. This plan he allegedly gave to Cohen, who left the paper on the table of the National Security Advisor Flynn. Artemenko himself emphasizes that in the preparation of the plan was involved the whole inter-factional group of deputies, whose names he prefers not to make public.
