Workers of military and civilian administrations of Luhansk region, workers of Popasna district water pipeline channel and regional roadway service are involved in these works.
The Joint Forces Operation HQ points out that the sanitary zones, medical facility, administrative service points, heating point and tents for passengers will be constructed at the checkpoint.

Over the last 24 hours, October 18, Russian mercenaries twice breached the ceasefire in the area of Avdiivka. Ukraine's Defense Ministry reported that on Monday morning.
"Both facts were documented on the section in the area of Avdiivka, where the enemy opened fire from a man-portable anti-tank grenade launcher and small arms during the lunchtime. Later, automatically mounted grenade launcher was used in the evening. The shots did not pose any threat to Ukrainian servicemen, so no weapon was fired in return to provocative actions of the enemy",
reads the message posted by the Ministry.
Ukrainian forces did not take any casualties.
