Deputy head of the National Police of Ukraine and the head of Donetsk region police Vyacheslav Abroskin published in Facebook the photos of the consequences of morning shelling of Avdiivka by the “DNR” militants.
“Morning "congratulations" from the separatists: at around 7 am, the militants shelled the houses of civilians on Sportyvna Street from mortars. There were no victims. Investigation group of the Avdiivka police department works at the site,” he commented.
More than 500 residential houses and civil apartments were damaged in the city since the beginning of the year, according to the police.
Earlier it was reported that militants shelled Ukraine’s Armed Forces positions 43 times in ATO area over the past 24 hours. The situation is difficult in Mariupol area and near Avdiivka. Militants again shot at the living area in Adiivka, this time nobody was injured.
