The war in the eastern Ukraine is a priority for the Austria that holds Presidency of the OSCE from January 1, 2017, a new OSCE Chairperson Sebastian Kurz wrote this in Twitter.
"After two days in eastern Ukraine back in Vienna. The conflict in and around Ukraine is a priority for Austria's OSCE chairmanship," he wrote.
The new head of the organization thanked the special monitoring mission of the OSCE that during his visit to Donetsk region showed how things are going in Donbas, he also thanked the Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin for support.
Earlier it was reported that a new OSCE Chairperson Sebastian Kurz arrived in Mariupol on January 3. Kurtz together with Klimkin visited Donbas to observe the situation.
