The discussion of the compensation of losses inflicted by Russia to Ukraine by the annexation of Crimea and occupation of Donbas will be relevant after the restoration of peace at the Ukrainian territories. Kurt Volker, the US Special Envoy to Ukraine claimed this at 'Zavtra', the joint project of 112 Ukraine and Radio Liberty.

'I think that the most important is to assure that the peace, safety and normal life appeared for the people who live there and that there is no more humanitarian tragedy. We should assure that the Ukrainian sovereignty and territorial integrity are restored there. Then we can take care of the restoration and reconstruction', Volker said.
