It is necessary to reach the ceasefire regime in Donbas and observation of the Minsk Agreements by the conflict sides. The Chief Monitor of OSCE SMM in Ukraine Ertugrul Apakan claimed as the press service of the SMM reported.
Apakan claimed that the ceasefire regime is not observed at the Donbas Conflict Zone and it is needed to activate the efforts on the establishment of the complete ceasefire until International Day of Peace.
‘Today is the great opportunity for both sides of the conflict to renew the liabilities taken in Minsk three years ago. At the end they should stop the suffering and give a chance for a peace’, he said.
Earlier Apakan said that 68 civilians died since the beginning of 2017 in the armed Donbas Conflict Zone.
