The full and comprehensive ceasefire has been established in Donbas for 71 days, and it has been generally adhered to by both sides. This was stated by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Ruslan Khomchak during a conference call to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, the press service of the President's Office reports.

The incumbent president was also informed about the state of firefighting in Luhansk region. It was stated that the destruction of ammunition depots by fire had been successfully prevented.

"The situation with the extinguishing of the fires has deteriorated due to adverse weather conditions, landmines, and the impossibility of using aircraft due to bad weather," said Mykola Chechotkin, the head of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES).

As we reported earlier, the representatives of the Russian Federation at the Trilateral Contact Group insist on holding of joint inspections in Donbas.

Russia, in exchange, demands holding of the so-called joint inspections to check the reports and conclusions of the OSCE. Let me make it clear: Ukraine has full confidence in the OSCE and it highly appreciates important report of the SMM," the statement said.
