The attempt of elimination of the Head of Interior Ministry of Donetsk People’s Republic by the detonation of a car took place at the territory of occupied Makiivka as WarGonzp reported citing the militants' force structures.
According to the message, the explosive device of the unidentified type was activated about 8:00 am on February 25.
Renault car was seriously damaged as a result of the explosion and its owner was wounded.
“They attempted to eliminate Head of Interior Ministry of Donetsk People’s Republic. He survived, now he stays in Central City Hospital of Makiivka; he is out of danger,” the message said.
The investigative group works at the site. Supposedly, the description of the suspects in the detonation of the car is present and the search activities are held.
“The explosive device was made by a professional. It was placed under the car. The perpetrator was an amateur. He put it in such a way that only the car was damaged,” the message said.
As we reported three explosions took place in the occupied Donetsk. The local authorities, including the police and emergency services, reported it.
All blasts were observed not far from the residence of Denis Pushilin, the self-styled 'leader' of 'Donetsk People's Republic'. Two explosions thundered near the hotel where OSCE observers are currently staying. Another one hit the deserted area in the same district.
