Car accident in Russia: two Ukrainians die

As a result of a car accident in Oryol, Russia two Ukrainians died, four injured were taken to the hospital, as Vasyl Kyrylych, the Representative of Consular Service Department of Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry, said, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

“According to the information received from Oryol Department of Russia’s Emergency Situation Ministry by Ukraine’s Embassy in Russia, on July 8 a car accident occurred in Oryol with the participation of Russian cargo vehicle and a minibus drive by the Ukrainian citizen. As a result, two Ukrainians died. Four injured Ukrainians were hospitalized to Oryol region hospital,” the representatives of the Foreign Ministry informed.

According to Kyrylych, the Consul is taking measures to provide the injured with assistance and to contact the relatives concerning the transport of the dead to Ukraine.

Earlier, as a result of a car accident in Kursk region in Russia, three Ukrainians died, six more sustained various injuries.
