Vehicle with the officers of Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) ran over a mine in Kostiantynivka Raion in Donetsk region yesterday, June 27. One person was killed, four got wounded. This was reported by Ukrayinska Pravda.

It is noted that the officers from Counter-Espionage Department were also present in the vehicle.

SSU Speaker Olena Gitlyanska confirmed the information about the incident and informed that prosecutor’s office is leading the case.

Earlier it was reported that car exploded in Solominsky district of Kyiv in the morning of June 27. The accident occurred at the intersection of Solomenska and Mekhanizatorov street. The driver died in the car blast. Police opened the criminal investigation upon the article 'Terrorist Attack'.

Later it was specified that the victim is the officer of of the Chief Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine's Defense Ministry Maksym Shapoval. The mass media specified that the he was the head of the guard service of the former Russian State Duma Denis Voronenkov citing the source in the Ministry of Defense.
