Avdiivka remained without electricity as a result of enemy shelling, it was reported on air of "112 Ukraine" TV channel by the head of the military and civil administration of the city Pavlo Malyhin.
"Literally 7 minutes ago the city was powered out, today we are searching for the reason, we will certainly take actions. Everything okay with the heating, it comes from the factory (Avdiivka Coke - Ed.),” he said.
Earlier it was reported about the two injured residents of Avdiivka.
Three Ukrainian soldiers were killed near Avdiivka in fighting, one was wounded.
Earlier, ATO headquarters reported that gunmen fired at Avdiivka industrial zone with small guns and mortars in the early morning of January 29, then assaulted the positions of the Ukrainian military, Armed Forces suffered casualties. Also, unexploded ordnance which flew from the occupied territory was discovered this morning in the center of Avdiivka.
