According to the Minister, the ATO format lost the actuality

Arsen Avakov, the Minister of the Internal Affairs of Ukraine stood for reconsidering of the status of the anti-terroristic operation (ATO) in Donbas to remove the restriction for the soldiers, special services. Ukrainian News reported this.

He noted that the ATO format was worked out at the first stage of the conflict with Russia even before the real military actions in Donbas. According to Avakov, such framework lost the actuality.

According to him, the artificial obstacles for the soldiers and the special services should be removed by law. He notes that Ukraine will be able to win using the political pressure on Russia and not by the activation of the military actions.

Earlier, Oleksandr Turchynov, the Secretary of RNBO of Ukraine claimed that Ukraine should finish the ATO and start a new format to defend the country in the hybrid war with Russia.
