Interior Minister Arsen Avakov asked the leaders of the Antiterrorist Center to take a decision to remove the blockade of Donbas region. He said this during a meeting of Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman with representatives of the steel industry, which was broadcast by 112 Ukraine TV Channel.

"I would like to ask the leaders of the ATC, weighing all the relevant powers of the anti-terrorist center, which is in charge of all operations in the Donbas, take the appropriate decision and we will provide the solutions for its fulfillment", Avakov said.

As reported, Russia-backed militants demanded to lift trade blockade in Donbas before March 1, threatening to capture the enterprises under Ukrainian jurisdiction and stop supplying coal in Ukraine.
