National police in Donetsk region

The National Police had to interfere because of the fact of the arrival to the place of Donbas blockade of “guests in surgical masks” and the attack that followed it. This was reported by the Internal Minister of Ukraine Arsen Avakov in Facebook.

“I kindly request of the trains blockade participants, anti-blockade activists and ordinary swindlers to stop this spectacles. Stop hiring fighters and titushky from both sides. Stop using weapons and chainsaw,” he wrote.

Some of the attackers turned out to be workers, some of them were paid, according to the Internal Minister.

It is only possible to “solve this mess” in which “DPR” terrorists also take part by using legal means, he added.

The Cabinet of Ministers has to give instructions to the Ministry of Energy and Coal Mining to propose fuel components diversification program at short notice and lower to the minimum the dependency on the anthracite coal delivered form the occupied territories and Russia, Avakov believes.

“The situation at the railway has stabilized, legal order is maintained by the police and the police will continue to do so – despite the groups on the left or on the right, despite somebody’s likes or dislikes. It cannot be done in any other way if we want to live in a country under the rule of law,” he summarized.
