Attack in Granitne: Government urges Ukrainian president to suspend Donetsk Administration Head

Chairman of Donetsk Civilian-Military Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko should be immediately suspended by President Volodymyr Zelensky during the investigation, as Vice Prime Minister Pavlo Rozenko reported on Facebook.

“I believe that Chairman of Donetsk Civilian-Military Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko should be immediately suspended by President Volodymyr Zelensky during the investigation. And Military Prosecutor’s Office (should, - 112.international) immediately begin the investigation of the facts, which caused the death of people,” Rozenko wrote.

As we reported, one Ukrainian serviceman died as the anti-tank guided missile hit the body of the cargo vehicle in the south suburbs of Granitne, Donetsk region. Another serviceman is moderately wounded.

Later President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that attack at the car of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Granitne village is an attempt to disrupt the Minsk process and endanger the resumption of negotiations in Normandy Format.

On July 10, one Ukrainian serviceman died, another three soldiers were wounded and two soldiers got battlefield injuries.
