Russia crudely violates the Geneva Convention on Transfer of Civilian Population into occupied territory. Mustafa Dzhemilev, the authorized representative of the Ukrainian President on Crimean Tatars reported that to 5 TV channel.

'They create the conditions when the native citizens are forced to leave the peninsula and then they inhabit it with the loyal to them people. For example, 250 000 people were transferred from Donetsk and Luhansk. A lot of them are criminals that participate in the lawless actions. At least 250 000 or even 300-400 000 people are the citizens of Russia', he said.
