OSCE Deputy Chief Monitor Alexander Hug is visiting Luhansk today, reported by the OSCE SMM on their Facebook page.

“The Principal Deputy Chief Monitor Alexander Hug of the Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine Alexander Hug together with other OSCE SMM monitors is patrolling the area of Zolote – one of the three disengagement areas today, on December 15,” reads the message.

Also Hug is going to visit Luhansk today and report on the overall security situation in the region during the press briefing, according to UNN.

As we reported earlier, the representatives of illegal armed forces continue to block the traffic on the entry-exit check-point Zolote. Previously,the trilateral contact group previously agreed to open Zolote entry-exit checkpoint in Luhansk region by December 10.
