The OSCE mission ensures ceasefire during pipe repair
About 250 thousand people were left without water in occupied Luhansk because of pipeline rupture, which occurred on January 10 at Petrovsk water pumping station near the Artem village which is controlled by the government. This was reported by the OSCE Special monitoring mission on Facebook.
Ceasefire was established for the safety of water utility personnel during the repair of the pipeline, OSCE mission contributed to the process. Observers monitored adherence to ceasefire and visited the place where the pipe was damaged.
Repair work continues today.
