Martin Zaydik during his interview to DW said that the next Minsk talks will "adopt concrete solutions." He also expressed his optimism concerning decision on removal of 100 mm weapons at the next meeting of the group.
He also evaluated the Minsk talks held on July 7 as constructive: "You can see that things are moving." OSCE representative added that parties managed to discuss a variety of topics, including questions of economic regulation in the Donbas. It is about "supply and mobile banking to pay pensions," he said.
Despite negotiations, the fighting is still taking place. During last 24h militants shelled six settlements in Donetsk and Lugansk regions, two Ukrainian soldiers were killed, another 10 were injured, said the ATO headquarters.
