Russia to send "humanitarian aid" to the occupied Donbass

Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations plans to send the 32th “humanitarian aid” to the occupied Donbass territories on July 16, according to the Deputy head of MES

Trucks from Russia will deliver food, medicine and "proprietary property to Luhansk and Donetsk, stated MES.

Total tonnage will be more than 1 ths. tons.
Since summer 2014 Russian Federation sends so-called "humanitarian aids" - columns of trucks, with the unknown contents. Ukrainian border guards, customs officers and representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross are not able to inspect the goods.
In NSDC of Ukraine states that all Russian so-called "humanitarian convoys" are sent to support militants only. Preferably, trucks bring to the territory controlled by terrorists ammunition, dry rations, weapons.
MFA has repeatedly demanded Russia to stop the violation of Ukraine's sovereignty under the excuse of delivering so-called "humanitarian aid".
