Trucks are sent by Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) to Rostov region, where the column of the humanitarian aid for Donbas is formed, according to "Interfax" referring to the Russian MES.
"Today at 5:00 am the trucks are sent from Noginsk Rescue Emergency Center of Russia (Moscow) to Rostov region, and these trucks that will join the next column with humanitarian aid for Donetsk and Luhansk region,s" as said in a statement.
The Russian side said that in the humanitarian aid includes food, medicines, and other necessary means of living.
Ukrainian border guards have repeatedly called on Russia to stop sending so-called humanitarian aid to Donbas, because after each “tranche” the level of shelling estimably increases. According to the ATO Staff report, from August 22 2014, when the first humanitarian aid from Russia was sent, Russian trucks brought weapons, automotive parts, pesticide, fuel, textbooks; the trucks were also used to remove the bodies of Russians killed during the fighting.
