OSCE Permanent Council to hold extra meeting on the terroristic act in Donbas

The OSCE Permanent Council extra meeting will take place August, 19, states Belta. Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine Ertugrul Apakan will hold a speech on the situation in the east of Ukraine to inform the representatives of 57 countries on SMM observations. They will try to find some urgent ways for conflict settlement. According to last SMM reports, the number of truce violations in Donbas significantly increased, resulting in everyday victims. Currently, the SMM OSCE is investigating the situation in Sartana, near Mariupol, Donetsk region.

As was reported before, a terrorist act was held by Russian-backed militants killed two and injured six civilians. A 10-years-old girl, who was reported to be injured, has lost her right leg; now she is going to Slovenia for rehabilitation, states Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights in Ukraine Mykola Kuleba. Her mother is in critical condition.
