The Netherlands' Prime Minister Mark Rutte calls to establish an international tribunal to conduct the case of accident with Malaysian aircraft in eastern Ukraine, Interfax informed.
"The UN tribunal is the best option for prosecuting those responsible for the crash of MH17, because it is the best chance to bring the perpetrators to justice" - said M. Ryutte at press conference.
"Boeing 777" airline Malaysia Airlines, bound for MH17 flight Amsterdam (Netherlands) - Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), was shot down in the skies over the Donetsk region July 17, 2014. On board were 298 people, all of them died.
During last two weeks inetrnational experts have been collecting data and carrying out technical investigations in order to confirm or refute the version of the fall of the aircraft flight MH17, said in the statements of the Dutch Safety Board, that is in charge of the investigation.
Yesterday the Dutch Safety Board informed that prepare a draft of the final report. Now the draft is to be inspected by the representatives of Member States (Malaysia, Ukraine, USA, Russia, UK, Australia and the Netherlands). The picture of the causes of the disaster will occur in the first part of October 2015.
