Past day in ATO zone was not quiet. However, despite the fact that Russia-backed occupation forces continue to actively violate ceasefire regime, situation remains controlled by Ukrainian forces. Thus, militants opened fire 61 times at unites of Ukrainian Armed Forces, heavy artillery was also used. Two Ukrainian soldiers got wounded as a result of hostilities in the last 24 hours. This was reported by ATO HQ on Facebook.
In Mariupol direction, 34 enemy attacks were recorded. Militants used 120 mm mortars to attack strongholds near Shyrokyne and Chermalyk. Ceasefire violations took place near Pavlopil, Lebedynske, Vodiane and Hnutove, where bandits repeatedly fired various small arms and grenade launchers. The same weapons were fired from the vicinities of Donetsk at ATO positions near Marinka and Krasnohorivka.
In Donetsk direction, Russia-backed militants conducted 19 attacks. Enemy mostly attacked positions in Avdiivka outskirts. They used mostly 82 mm mortars, grenade launchers of various modifications, heavy machine guns and small arms. Strongholds near Verkhnyotoretske were shelled from 82 mm mortars. Militants fired 120 mm mortars near Troitske. Beyond that, Russia-backed gunmen fired grenade launchers and small arms near Pisky.
In Luhansk direction, 8 cases of weapons used were recorded over past day. All of the attacks occurred near Krymske, where enemy fired mortars of various calibers, IFV weaponry, grenade launchers and small arms at Ukrainian strongholds.
