430 explosions spotted in Donetsk region, 23 in Luhansk region

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) spotted 452 explosions in Donbas as the report from October 23, 2019 states.

The OSCE report about 430 explosions in Donetsk region.

“The majority of the violations of the ceasefire regime spotted in the areas to south-south and south-south-east and south from Pyshchevyk (controlled by Ukraine, 84 km south from Donetsk), north, north-north-east and northeast from Shyrokyne (controlled by Ukraine, 100 km south from Donetsk) and west and north from Horlivka (uncontrolled by Ukraine, 39 km north-east from Donetsk),” the message said.

The organization spotted 23 explosions in Luhansk region.

“The majority of the violations of the ceasefire regime spotted in the areas to east and north-north-west from Berezovske (uncontrolled by Ukraine, 53 km west from Luhansk), south-south-west from Pervomaisk (uncontrolled by Ukraine, 58 km west from Luhansk) and north-east and east from Zolote (controlled by Ukraine, 60 km west from Luhansk),” the message said.  

On October 16, pro-Kremlin militants violated the ceasefire regime 30 times. As a result of the attacks, one Ukrainian soldier was killed, another - injured.

Earlier OSCE SMM reported that the representatives of self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics hold the population census.
