As of Monday, February 18, there have been 41 Ukrainian army fighters held in captivity of the Russian terrorists in Donbas. Novynarnia news agency reported that publishing the Armed Forces PR department's response to the information request.
Three servicemen have been captured since the beginning of 2019; over the entire 2018, the enemy captured four Ukrainian defenders.
The response from the Armed Forces PR department only included 40 of the 41 names; it did not feature the name of one more soldier, Ihor Myronchuk who was captured on February 10, while suffering the effect of the shell shock. Myronchuk served with 'Zakarpatsky Legion' volunteer formation.
As is known, the last round of the prisoners' exchange took place in December 2017. 73 people returned home. 233 people were handed over to the occupied territory.
