36 mines at the Donbas territory not controlled by Ukraine cannot come under exploitation due to the flooding. It stated at the research of the OSCE supported by Austrian and Canadian governments as Interfax-Ukraine reported.

‘The power supply of the mines was regularly cut off due to the combat actions and that led to the stop of the water removal systems that became the reason of the complete flooding of the mines in the number of the cases’, the research stated.

According to the information, the water removal completely does not work from Yenakiieve to Horlivka, near Pervomaisk, partially in Donetsk, Makiivka, Shakhtarsk, Toretsk that are not controlled by Ukraine.

Moreover, the significant excess of the azote and phosphorus concentration is spotted in Kalmius, Kalchik, Siversky Donets and Kleban-Byk Rivers.

‘The systematic of the concentration of the contaminators in the subsoils in the zone of the combat actions in 1.1-1.3 times was spotted. In some cases the excess of the indexes was spotted 17 times’, the report said.
